As a UK Subsea Rental Operations Graduate you will join a team delivering best-in-class operations for our support services organisation, providing equipment and services to our customers in the UK, Europe and beyond. You will be responsible for supporting a diverse organisation, working with vital transactional data helping define, monitor and deliver for our customers.
As an UK Subsea Operations Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Working with the Rental Operations and Field Service teams to identify and define process improvements to better deliver for our customers.
- Working with day-to-day data transactional data using industry standard systems to extract and provide key information to team members and management.
- Visualising operational data and drive actions to improve key business targets
- Supporting cross-functional business units including Operations, Sales, Finance, Workshop.
- Developing an understanding of business processes, issues and concerns, translating into solutions

To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a recent graduate with a relevant Masters or Bachelors Degree from an accredited university.
- Be excited to work as part of a team in a fast-paced high energy business
- Be willing to learn new systems and processes
- Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
