Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for an Efficiencies Analyst to join our team to work across the West Midlands region.

Role Purpose

Responsible for coordinating, evaluating and reporting progress of the delivery of ~ 1.1bn of programme efficiencies. Tracking the delivery of BBVs efficiency plan is crucial to the successful deliver against the budget to ensure incentive targets are met.

What you'll be doing

  • The ability to gain, and where relevant apply a range of knowledge, skills and understanding.
  • Responsible to a Head of Innovation & Transformation for the accurate tracking of all types of project efficiencies including staff, labour, plant, materials and subcontract savings. This will include the quantification of the proposed efficiencies and understanding the level of confidence in the likely realisation of those efficiencies.
  • Assists in protecting the BBV commercial position by developing and implementing an in-depth understanding of contractual, commercial, insurance and legal processes.
  • Will be responsible for planning and managing their own works and working closely with various teams across the project.
  • Develops and maintains a high level of commercial and technical knowledge and works closely with the delivery team to develop techniques and solutions to meet business and customer needs.
