We recruit six trainees each year and look to retain all of our trainees at the end of their training contracts. We strongly believe in building the firm on sound foundations with an emphasis on finding and developing home grown talent.

We also run a separate trainee recruitment process working side by side with the vacation placement scheme. This procedure is not open to those who have applied for the vacation placement programme.
