⭐ What You’ll Do
Over 36 months, you’ll rotate through key areas of our Finance function, gaining hands-on experience, technical training, and leadership exposure. You’ll be supported every step of the way by mentors, programme sponsors, and a vibrant early careers community.
You’ll work on real projects that matter, in a team that values collaboration, diversity of thought, and doing the right thing.
👤 Who You Are
- You hold (or are on track for) a 2:2 degree or above in any discipline
- You’ve got 3 A-Levels (A–C) or equivalent, plus GCSE Maths (A) and English (C)
- You’re curious, driven, and ready to make a difference
