And could you play a part in shaping it? This bold vision can’t happen without bright, fresh minds, innovators and disruptors, challengers of preconceptions. Could that be you? We seek motivated and digital-savvy individuals to join us on our journey, to help envision and shape Bentley’s future. If you are interested in building your career as a Finance Undergraduate within an extraordinary company, this could be your moment. The perfect chance to make a difference.

The undergraduate programme

The Bentley Undergraduate Programme will drive your personal and professional development to new heights. Working closely with technical experts, a community of peers and other trainees, you will spend your year focusing on projects and tasks aligned to your home department’s objectives. At Bentley, we ensure everybody feels connected to our amazing products and services - and as an integral part of the team your input will be valued alongside every colleague.

Additionally, you will spend time developing your behaviours and project management skills through collaborative work with our community of trainees. Undergraduates at Bentley work with apprentices, graduates and interns to deliver community and sustainability projects.

To some companies, finance is used merely to determine what has happened. At Bentley, we take a different approach. We combine finance and strategy to help us determine what is going to happen... and to help us shape the future through growth, profitability and risk reduction. As an Undergraduate of the Finance Programme, you could work in one of the following roles:
