At BlackRock, our mission is simple: we have a responsibility to help people around the globe – from all walks of life – build a better financial future. To achieve this, our workforce must reflect the diversity of our clients so that we can bring a wealth of perspectives and insights to solve their unique, complex challenges.

But it’s not enough to focus solely on building a diverse workforce. We take it one step further and ensure that each and every employee feels included, respected and valued.

Join this three-day insight program for students of black heritage who are graduating from an undergraduate or Master's degree between 2022 - 2023, to learn more about who we are, what we stand for and what early career opportunities we have available for 2022. You’ll hear from inspirational Black professionals at various stages in their careers as they provide an inside look at what it means to be part of the world’s largest asset manager. You’ll gain insight into our mission, purpose and principles, as well as our focus on innovation, and have an opportunity to be considered for one of our 2022 early career programs.

The Black Heritage Insight Program will take place virtually between 20 - 22 October. Participants selected for the program must be available during all three days.
