Our Women of the Markets program is open to students graduating with an undergraduate or Master's degree in 2022 or 2023, with less than 18 months' of relevant full-time work experience.

We are looking for students who are passionate about building and analysing investment strategies, portfolios and products. This interactive program will run over several days - on 18, 19 & 20 October 2021 - in a virtual format, and will provide an in-depth look at how we serve clients and meet their evolving needs. Through virtual seminars, work shadowing, networking and social events, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge necessary to build a fulfilling career.

Next steps

As part of the application process for this program, you will be required to fill in a short application form and submit a virtual cover letter to express your interest. You will have 3 days from the time of application to complete the virtual cover letter part of the process. You will be notified of the outcome of your application towards the end of September. Please note that alongside your application to our Women of the Markets program, you will also be able to submit a second application to one other program you are eligible for (e.g. Analyst Program).
