The role offers the opportunity to get deep insight in a variety of topics within the site service department within functions such as Facilities ManagementEnergy Management, Building projects, Business & Fire protection, and Service provider contract management. Within the supporting processes you will get in touch with most of the departments and business activities in Rolls-Royce Motorcars.

What will you be doing?

  • Support in the general day-to-day business, preparation of events, organisation of meetings and workshops.
  • Service provider steering and contract management support.
  • Analysis and optimisation of processes and workflows.
  • Support in tendering processes of construction projects and service provider contracts.
  • Participation in project meeting with internal project partners, supporting project leaders to fulfil the project requirements.
  • Taking responsibility for the deliverables and outcome of your own sub projects.
  • Regular exchange and communication with all departments and functions within Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Studying toward a degree in Facility Management, Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related. On track to achieve a 2:1.
  • Experience or keen interest in Project Management.
  • IT – literate (especially MS Office, Excel, Power Point, Word, CAD).
  • Capability to pick up new topics and processes.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt working approach depending on specific requirements, prioritise activities, work under pressure, multi-task and solve problems.
