We are looking for an undergraduate to do a 12 month placement within our Ownership Services, Service Operations department. You will be based in Goodwood at the home of Rolls Royce working for one of Britain’s leading automotive brand.

The Rolls-Royce Service Operations department provide a range of support functions for our global dealer network in order to maximise customer satisfaction. You will be working within two of our teams, Field Quality & Technical Services. Field Quality ensure that quality is maintained for all worldwide vehicles by monitoring and analysing field data raised by our global dealer network escalating quality topics to engineering and validating robust solutions.

The Technical Services Team at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars are responsible for the creation, implementation and maintenance of all standards and procedures enabling our worldwide dealer network the capability to service our vehicles whilst preserving an effortless
ownership experience for our customers.

What will you be doing?

  • Analysis of dealer technical support cases looking at trends
  • Supporting the manager with current/new project work
  • Creating monthly internal and external reports
  • Helping to develop and create new processes to support daily tasks
  • Prepare team and department presentations

Qualifications and Experience

  • Studying towards a technical related degree
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail including thorough and precise processing of information
  • Experience of working with databases
  • Passion for the automotive industry
