We are seeking an Intern to join the London team of BNPP Real Estate Investment Management, to support the senior investment, asset management and fund raising/client coverage professionals in all aspects of real estate activity within the UK & Ireland across multiple asset classes on behalf of BNP Paribas REIM funds and separate account mandates.
Responsibilities
- Maintain database of new investment opportunities
- Help preparing investment memos and business plans for Real Estate Committees and external investment partners; prepare detailed cash flow analysis & financial modelling on prospective investment opportunities and assets under management (IRRs, sensitivity tables, etc.)
- Perform comprehensive real estate and market analysis
- Link with internal teams including research, fund management & mandate managers
- Assistance for all aspects of execution for investment acquisitions, management and disposal
- Assistance for client servicing, relationship management and equity raising efforts, including support in preparing pitch material, setting up events and investor market research
Person Specification
- Interest in private equity / real estate investment management, real estate IB/corporate finance, transaction services advisory and/or consulting
- Good numerical & modelling skills working with Excel – meticulous approach required
- Project management – desirable

- Educated to a degree level
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Financially Numerate, with strong interest in financial markets, private equity and real estate
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Willingness to work in a highly focused, collaborative, and team environment.
- Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- An individual who demonstrates a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results.
