Job Description

We are requiring an intern to join the admin team in July 2021 for a one-year placement. We welcome applicants from current students studying their 2nd year of university and wanting to take a placement year in Summer 2021 before returning to study in their final year. We are accepting applications from a variety of university courses.

Within the role you will complete various documentation and ensure all Scottish Government/SDS funding rules and regulations are followed.

The ideal candidate must be able to complete tasks to a high standard, ensure delivery and work to deadlines.

Within this role you will be the point of contact for customer support which will involve answering customer queries and giving assistance when needed. You will work closely with the Operations, Business Development and Finance team to deliver admin support in a timely manner.

The role also involves working on the reception desk dealing with both internal and external customers either face to face, over the phone or via email. Another part of the role includes working very closely with other departments including Operations and Finance to further the goals of the organisation.

Qualifications

Currently studying an undergraduate degree at university.

Able to adapt to change.

Highly motivated.

Previous experience completing admin tasks would be beneficial.
