Your tasks

In the role of a Calibration Engineer, your job role will include:

  • Development & calibration of Anti-Lock Brakes System (ABS), Traction Control System (TCS), Vehicle Dynamics Control (VDC) and/or value-added functions (VAF) in close collaboration with individual UK car manufacturers and to their requirements.
  • Testing, calibrating and verifying the software and calibration in test vehicles and via simulation.
  • Taking part in numerous tests trips all over Europe (including Germany, Sweden, Spain, Italy).
  • Travelling and working for periods at our headquarters in Abstatt, Germany to build up a network there and gain the knowledge you need to be effect in your role.
  • Your responsible for the process-oriented handling of all changes during the project life time
  • You are supporting the Project management with your expertise.

This is a 24-month graduate program beginning in September 2026. This position is open to university graduates who have recently graduated from a university degree.

Location: you will be based at the Nuneaton office.
