Our Programme

Bouygues Energies and Services offer a structured General Management pathway, allowing graduates the opportunity to rotate across different project teams and departments. The rotational placements enable our graduates to experience different areas of our company, before deciding on their chosen specialism. The graduate programme duration is 24 months. Candidates must be prepared to be geographically flexible as the rotations will take place at our sites Nationwide, with major hubs in London, Kent, Surrey, Bristol, Edinburgh and North West.

Our general management graduates typically undertake four rotations including up to two Facilities Management Operation placements as well as rotations in some of the following departments: Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE), Commercial/Financial Management, Mobilisation, Human Resources/Learning & Development, Business Development, Procurement and Marketing & Communications.
