BCLP are hosting their annual award winning event aimed at helping black aspiring lawyers enter the legal profession.
As a firm with a longstanding commitment to inclusion & diversity, 2020 has acted as a crucial moment in time to step back, reflect on where we are in our journey and to re-evaluate our approach. Our goal is to unleash and nurture the power of belonging, inclusion and diversity as a habit, not an initiative and to create an environment where all our people feel valued, respected, celebrated and able to reach their full potential. The proportion of Black associates in the legal profession is well below where it should be. We want to change that. We invite you to attend our event ‘Race for Change - Supporting Black Future Lawyers’ to help us change the makeup of the profession, and to help you achieve your career goals.
What to expect
This event will include practical application advice from our Senior Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager and Graduate Recruitment Partner with candid career insights from successful Black legal professionals, including Segun Osuntokun, our London Office Managing Partner. While this year’s event is virtual, it is our intention is for you to leave the event feeling inspired.
