There is no better way to experience BCLP than to join us on one of our vacation schemes. We will be running two schemes across Summer 2022 and we will typically take 4 candidates on each scheme. The duration for each scheme is four weeks, allowing you to get a great insight into the firm.
You will benefit from getting to state your preferred choice of departments to experience on the programme and you will be assigned a trainee 'buddy' for you to shadow. You will very much be 'part of the team' and will be involved in every aspect of the department; from client meetings to court runs. Apart from actually doing real client work, you will also attend a series of partner-led talks and workshops, to help build up your knowledge about Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and improve your skill set.
You will also have a number of opportunities to network with firm members in social setting including a dinner with firm members.
To apply, we ask that you complete an online application form and if you are successful, you will be asked to complete a 30 minute interview with a member of the graduate recruitment team. This interview will take place via a video conference with a member of the team from London. During the scheme, there will be further assessment as well as a partner interview.
