You will work on real projects from the outset and you will have the opportunity to undertake either a client or international secondment . You will meet with a member of the Graduate Recruitment & Development team every six months, to discuss your future ambitions and which seat options best meet your long term career aspirations. In addition, you will benefit from having a dedicated mentor to support you throughout your Training Contract.

If you are successful in securing a Training Contract, BCLP will cover the course and maintenance fees for the PCLL course which needs to be completed in accordance with the Hong Kong Law Societies regulations prior to starting your Training Contract.
