During the two years you’ll complete three rotations that will give you exposure to the end to end digital marketing journey. These could include things like reporting, digital effectiveness, digital operations and special projects.

You will also work on a wide range of exciting projects across Digital Marketing, these may include, campaign launches, digital engagement, marketing research, data and reporting and marketing planning.

It’s not just about marketing though. Whilst on the scheme you’ll have the opportunity to develop a range of other additional skills such as stakeholder, project and change management. All together it will give you all the skills and experience you need to kick-start a fantastic career.

And the best bit – we’ll teach you everything you need to know. All we ask is you’re willing to learn; and we’ve got plenty of tools to help with that. And we’ll keep on helping you learn too. With our Academy, you’ll be able to map out your career, and continuously develop your skills to get to exactly where you want to be.

Entry requirements

A 2:1 degree in any discipline or a 2:2 with a postgraduate qualification.
