We’re always looking for a better way to enhance our customers’ lives. Every day, we’re coming up with new ideas to help our customers through the power of Technology. We need people who can make our plans become reality.

Our Business Analysts are the people who take the businesses ideas, problems and opportunities and turn them into something that could be real. You could be working on anything from the latest Broadband or Mobile launch to new Customer service capabilities for our agents. Your solutions will impact millions of customers across our three brilliant brands, BT, EE and Plusnet.

Our Project Managers are the people who help our turn our plans into tangible solutions, and help deliver them into every day working life. And with millions of customers and over 100,000 colleagues, that’s no mean feat.

On this programme, it’s all about the hands-on experience. We’ll get you shadowing and receiving support some of our current team, so you can start to understand what the job is all about. You’ll get exposure to all aspects of running a project, learning how to deliver against a finite timescale and budget. Once you’ve built up some confidence, you’ll be coordinating your own projects, making sure solutions are implemented smoothly.

You’ll get the opportunity to work with and understand a wide and varied group of people across the organisation, including Architects, Marketing managers, and our Technology development teams, and many more.

Whilst the on-the-job learning is valuable, we’ll still be there to support your personal development as well.  We’ll make sure you learn lots of different skills, such as different project management techniques, outstanding stakeholder relationships and time-management skills. Plus, you’ll also learn things like how to build resilience and tenacity, all of which are vital in supporting careers in transformation and analysis. On top of that, you’ll learn skills in agile, data analysis and collaboration.

Our Project Management & Business Design programme is available our Consumer part of our business. As part of this programme, you’ll do three rotations around our Project Management and Business Design teams, spending eight months on each rotation.
