Technology is at the heart of what we do. But it’s not just about developing that technology, we want to go that extra mile, and use our inventions and innovative solutions to make life easier for our customers. We’re looking for graduates to become experts in our technology, and help us deliver on global projects that could change the future.

Our Technical Consultant programme focuses on helping you build a broad technical skill set for the future. You’ll get hands on experience in real life projects from day one, with a whole range of opportunities to learn from. From the latest technologies like SD-WAN, Wi-Fi 6 and 5G, to designing connectivity, as well as unified communications and security solutions with our strategic partners such as Cisco, AWS and Microsoft…the list goes on! You could also get the change to drive digital innovation using Agile and data driven principles, as well as get stuck into API development and coding with languages like Python and Java. That’s before you even get to working on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud – the sky really is the limit.

You never know, that new piece of technology you help work on could go on to be a vital part of people’s day to day life.

You might think that getting to grips with lots of different types of technology is a bit much.  But don’t worry, we’re not expecting you to be an expert just yet. While we ask that you’ve done a STEM degree, it doesn’t need to be computer science. As long as you’re willing to learn new skills, we’ve got the platforms and programmes to teach you.

We are looking for graduates who are obsessed with the customer and passionate about innovation and collaborating with others. With such a wide range of projects on the go, you can be sure you’ll gain well-rounded knowledge and experience. No matter where your strengths lie, we’ll work with you to make sure you’re building solid foundations for a great career.

Our Technical Consultant programme is available in the Enterprise of our business. On the programme you’ll be part of three rotations, spending eight months in each rotation.
