As a leading healthcare group, we need to make sure that our technology and infrastructure are on point to fulfil our purpose of helping people live longer, healthier happier lives.  As such, we’re looking for 12, passionate and enthusiastic graduates to join our IT Graduate Programme starting in September 2021.  

If you join us on our IT Graduate programme, you’ll be offered a competitive salary on a two-year fixed term contract. This blended learning programme will enhance your skills across different areas with IT and throughout the programme you’ll have three placements within Bupa and be working towards an MSc Digital and Technology Solutions, Level 7 qualification. This qualification will be provided by Henley Business School who hold triple accredited status from the leading UK, European and US accrediting bodies.

With a wealth of experience in digital, we can offer you the support and direction to get you where you want to be in the future.  We're a diverse business, giving you exposure and insight into how a global company operates. You'll learn how to navigate across different business areas, manage multiple stakeholders and get involved in various projects.

You’ll report into a Graduate Manager, who’ll provide you with encouragement, development opportunities, and will be there to support your well-being and career aspirations. You’ll look to instil Bupa’s culture and values by working collaboratively with others, delivering excellent customer service and building solid relationships through stakeholder management. Through problem solving you’ll seek to find the best solutions to enhance the Bupa experience and take ownership by leading on projects and tasks, whilst being proactive in identifying your own personal development.

Qualifications and Training

  • Grade C GCSE English and Maths or level 4 equivalent
  • Have, or be expecting to receive, an undergraduate degree of 2:2 or above in an IT related field or equivalent.

  • Be responsible and take full ownership of your projects and tasks
  • Problem solving, never be afraid to challenge or be challenged
