We’re known as a leading healthcare group, but we’re so much more than that. We’ve recently revitalised our strategy putting digital first, with data and an agile culture underpinning everything we do. Why? We need to ensure our technology and infrastructure is on point to deliver on our purpose of helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. As such, we’re looking for 12 IT Graduates to join our team to help us deliver on our purpose. So if you’re looking to kick start your career in IT and can bring us the skills we’re looking for then we can help you build a career at a company that truly has belief in you.

The Programme

We already have a wealth of experience in digital, launching new apps and technology which support our members and colleagues with their personal wellbeing. Bupa can offer you the support and direction you need to get to where you want to be in the future.  We're a diverse business, so you’ll gain exposure and insight into how a global company operates. As you move through your various placements, you'll learn how to navigate across different business areas, manage multiple stakeholders and get involved in various projects.

Our blended learning programme means you’ll get more than just practical experience. You’ll also be working towards an MSc Digital and Technology Solutions, Level 7 qualification provided in partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University. You’ll be encouraged to apply what you’ve learnt in your role, turning theory into reality while developing skills that will last a lifetime.

Throughout all of this you’ll also have the support of a Graduate Manager, who’ll be on hand to provide you with encouragement, development opportunities, and look after your wellbeing. They’ll support you to instil Bupa’s culture, values, and behaviours, deliver excellent customer service and build solid relationships across the business while developing skills such as stakeholder management and problem solving. Helping you gain the experience needed to take ownership of projects, tasks and drive your personal development.

What we’re looking for
