About our Graduate Programme

From day one, you’ll become part of the team and see first-hand what it’s like to be at the heart of our business. We’ve carefully tailored our programme to support you in achieving your potential as a leader of the future.

Throughout your 19-month programme, you’ll navigate through business placements, these will technically, professionally and personally challenge you and help to build the skills and experience you need to be the very best you can be. 

We’ll give you the freedom to aspire to your placement elsewhere in the business which means you’ll have the opportunity to influence where in the business you complete your placement and enable you to shape your own career!

You’ll receive training from our expert trainers and be supported by a dedicated programme manager, business mentor and line manager. You will play a vital role in shaping the future role of gas and how we establish ourselves at the forefront of sustainable energy, not only through your placements but also through a Graduate owned 12-month project.

Our community of graduates provide the perfect support network, pulling from their personal experience they’ll provide guidance and assistance and you’ll inspire each other from the very start.

About you

We’re looking for graduates who act with curiosity, courage, pride, purpose and ownership to join our team. Along with:

  • A degree in a relevant business discipline or other discipline (depending on opportunity)
  • Driving licence is preferred
  • High levels of personal and professional energy - you’ll have lots of drive and motivation too!

With us, you can expect a starting salary of £29,000 to £30,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, bonus scheme including joiners’ bonus and placement bonuses, access to our flexible benefits scheme and a generous company pension scheme.
