We are pleased to be recruiting two graduate architects to join us in September 2022, with two locations available: London and Manchester.

You will typically work as part of a team, under the guidance of a project architect and will be expected to assist the team in the design and production of schemes.

We’re a friendly and professional team, always open to new perspectives and exploring new ways to collaborate. Get your career off to a great start by combining your academic knowledge with practical experience as a graduate architect.

We’ll help you along the way with mentorship, networking opportunities, training, and support to becoming chartered with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drawing and sketching design solutions by hand.
  • Developing schemes using 2D and 3D computer CAD packages such as Vectorworks and Revit.
  • Producing 3D images using CAD and rendering packages.
  • Creating 3D physical models.
  • Producing reports.
  • Producing /maintaining documents using programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
  • Participating in design debate.

What we’re looking for

  • Relevant professional qualification/degree with a grade of 2:1 or higher.
  • Strong design awareness and fundamental skills (quality of portfolio, graphic skills, aesthetically conscious etc…).
  • Demonstrates commitment to architecture as career; enthusiastic and dedicated.
  • Understands the implications of time on cost; able to compromise where necessary.
  • A willingness to learn and ability to take responsibility for your own development.
  • Knowledge of Quark or In Design an advantage.
  • Positive team member who contributes to overall success of team; works well with others.
