Here’s what you will need

  • Degree in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
  • Excellent writing skills
  • An understanding of the CDM Regulations
  • An understanding of JCT and NEC Contracts
  • An understanding of the current Building Regulations and industry design standards
  • Construction knowledge and understanding of construction drawing standards
  • An understanding of contract administration of projects from inception to completion
  • Experience in AutoCAD and or Revit design packages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Full APC support

We are invested in you and your success so we will cover your fees for your APC membership and final assessment with RICS.

Also, you can join peers in fortnightly APC sessions with the wider Capita family and that’s not all. We will also allocate an external mentor to support you through the process at no cost to you.

Access to our Learning and Knowledge Centre

You will have full access to our Knowledge and Learning Centre, where you will find training courses, CPD sessions and help towards your development.  The hours will count towards your CPD.
