The Rural department is involved in management, professional and agency work.  We manage land for private and institutional clients, our professional team undertakes valuations and advice to farmers and landowners and our agency team sells land and farms.The sandwich placement will include work with all three areas of expertise. Sandwich students will be working with senior agents on a day to day basis including client contact and will have their own areas of responsibility and opportunities to take forward work.

Main Tasks

• Day to day assistance on various managed rural Estates in stunning locations including direct contact with owners, tenants and contractors.
• Assisting agents with Valuations, Sales and a wide range of professional matters for both private and corporate clients.
