Building Consultancy

Building Consultancy covers a wide spectrum of technical advice, within this we offer the following scheme…

  • Building Surveying - mainly focusing on existing buildings, professional advice to owners, investors or occupiers.
  • Project Management - helping owners, developers and investors to deliver new buildings or major refurbishment projects.
  • Quantity Surveying – all aspects of cost advice to anyone spending money on buying, selling, developing, maintaining or refurbishing buildings.

Education

  • Cognate students will need to be studying a RICS accredited degree
