Providing ownership and delivery of key account metrics, analysis, reporting and governance.

Using business systems and data to provide intelligent insights and recommendations into account performance across all aspects of service delivery including but not limited to finance, compliance, energy, sustainability, engagement and experience. Converting 'business questions' into ' data analysis' then into 'insights & answers’ . Communicate the complexities of statistical analysis to non-statistically trained  clients, leaders and staff.

Key responsibilities

  • You will be a key member of the account team responsible for the delivery of business intelligence and data governance solutions across all service lines.
  • Partnering with internal & Client stakeholders to deliver value using data, business intelligence tools and governance processes.
  • You will create and articulate reporting best practice for performance reporting
  • You own data strategy and the whole dashboard delivery process – from understanding Clients’ needs, requirements gathering through data sourcing, agile development of dashboards and analytics.
  • You will be responsible for the management and production of monthly, quarterly, and annual metric and data reporting to support the development and reporting of the account. This may require participation in internal and client meetings to present reports and analysis.
  • You will visualise and create data in a variety of forms to enable easy communication and interpretation, Including developing financial and system models and understanding the limitations of use
  • You act as Single Point of Contact in terms of data analytics, business intelligence and data governance for the account across all service lines.
  • You propose initiatives for improvements, advanced analytics, and data visualisation.
  • You will be responsible for the managing of business analytic processes and strategies such as: data integration, operational reporting, ad-hoc & analysis, dashboards.
  • You will prepare and present results of analysis and reports along with their relative impact(s) to the account.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Understanding of Dynamics and or financial systems
  • Experience in working with Tableau would be an advantage
  • Experience in working with CAFM systems and compliance reporting
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral.
  • Ability to gather and collate data from multiple sources and interrogate to measure and report performance.
  • Ability to present information to a variety of different audiences (both internal and external)
  • Previously developed a performance management or reporting program.
  • Understands best practices in data management and governance.
  • History/Background in account or business financial or performance reporting
  • Has been trusted to manage reporting that directly impacts financial or risks areas for business
  • Can articulate how data and analytics was used to drive a business outcome/improvement
  • Experience in real estate using data and analytics to drive improvement
