Role overview

Building Surveying

This programme is for graduates wanting to specialise as Building Surveyors or Project Managers. We will support you in gaining the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). You'll work within our Building Consultancy department and have opportunities to spend time working in different disciplines. Whilst you will probably specialise within a particular discipline after qualification, during your training you will gain experience in building surveys, dilapidations, design and project management across the full range of property types.

Project Management

This programme is for graduates wanting to specialise as Project Managers. We will support you in gaining the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). You'll work within our Building Consultancy Project Management team and have opportunities to spend time working in different market sectors. Whilst you will probably specialise within a particular sector after qualification, during your training you will gain experience in project management across the full range of property types.
