What you'll do

This programme is designed for people looking to gain first-hand experience of working within our Global Workplace Solutions business through working in a key role on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract in our National Accounts division.

As an Intern, you will be an integral and active member of the team, aligned to a business, function or client site.  During this 1-year programme you will gain significant experience within a collaborative and fast paced commercial environment, working closely with some of our key business leaders.  Throughout your time with us, you will gain a real insight into what we do, how we do it, and get to know our key client teams.  This programme is focused on developing your communication, customer service and influencing skills – a great platform for your future career.

Key tasks will include

  • Support the execution of the divisional/functional/site business plan
  • Spend time with accounts / operations / functional teams to build an understanding of what we do and how we do it  
  • Gain commercial experience and fully understand our client service delivery
  • Understand the monthly drumbeat of the business (meeting cadence, month end etc) 
  • Be actively involved in team / management meetings 
  • Understand CBRE People policies, systems and processes
