We are looking for Clinical Conduct Associates to join the clinical conduct team at our Phase I clinical trial facility in Belfast, N. Ireland. The responsibilities of this technical position include collecting safety data such as vital signs, ECGs, assisting with urine and blood draw collections, serving meals to study participants and collecting raw data using an electronic data capture system.

Full-time positions are available. The salary starts at £18330 increasing after training to £20280. The benefits package includes holidays, pension, life assurance, income protection insurance and private medical insurance.

Job Requirements

Candidates must be educated to at least A-level with a further education qualification in a life sciences subject or medical training preferred. Full training in clinical research technical skills will be provided.

The ability to work a flexible shift pattern which includes shift times 7am-3pm, 1-9pm and 7.30pm-7.30am is essential.   Day shifts run from Monday to Sunday with typically 5 days on and 2 days off.  Night shifts would be 3 nights on and 4 days off.  The shift pattern will change each week as night and day shifts rotate amongst the team.  Excellent interpersonal skills are also required. This role is very team orientated with a high professional attitude expected.
