At Celonis, we believe that every company can unlock their full execution capacity and for that we need you as an intern, Culture & Leadership. Reporting to the Global Culture Manager, this role will support creating a seamless and impactful employee experience fostering a high performance culture. You will be responsible for supporting our leaders to take action based on our engagement survey. You will be partnering with departments across the company to rethink moments that matter and drive our values and purpose into daily routines. This role will be working on ongoing projects as well as leading own sub-projects.
For this role, you are available from September 2021 onwards with at least 12 months of full-time availability.

- ... are a student of Business Administration / Economics / (Organizational) Psychology / Communications or a related field in an international environment (e.g. semester abroad)
- ... have excellent communication and presentation skills
- ... have good knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Google Slides and G Suite
- ... have experience with focus groups and research analysis
- ... are fluent in spoken and written English (German, Spanish or other languages are a plus)
