The Programme
Centrica is the UK’s leading energy, services and solutions company. We keep millions of homes and businesses running and are working hard to transform the energy sector, so it’s fit for the future. Join us, on our Summer Placement programme, and you can gain a unique insight into our business, seeing first-hand what it takes to drive changes and deliver for our customers and our people. This placement could see you work within any of our brands and business functions. You could gain valuable experience working in Operations, in Transformational Change Delivery, or even across HR, Procurement, and Health, Safety and Environment.
The programme will take a lot of hard work and initiative on your part. In return you’ll get to develop career-boosting skills, and the possibility of a place on our Graduate programme for the following year if you do a good job.
What you will need
We’re looking for students who have a genuine desire to lead along with customer focus, a passion for collaboration and a continuous improvement mindset. You also need to be:
- Willing to relocate for the 10-week period (accommodation will be provided)
- Looking to start your Graduate career in 2022
- Expecting a 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Master’s)
- Right to work in the UK
- Free to start your internship on Tuesday 22nd June 2021
