You will joing the Equities - Risk and Product Platform Team and will be part of a newly created front-office team of product managers focusing on the development and design of the new Equities' Risk Management and Risk Analytics platform.

Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with trading desks and management to build cutting edge tools and risk measures for managing the risks of the equity division.
  • Drive the development of a suite of Risk Analytics, systematic trading, and execution tools, for internal (Sales / Trading) and external release.
  • Work closely with the relevant quant teams to develop and enhance equity derivatives models. Identify and monitor the resulting risks.
  • Focus on the development, risks, control and governance of new equity derivatives products.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies between risks and P&L.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and automate the business. Implement solutions in close co-ordination with Technology and senior stakeholders.

About you

  • An advanced degree in a quantitative subject such as Engineering, Mathematics or Physics if preferred
  • Good knowledge of derivatives models and risks.
  • Strong coding skills in any OO-language, for the purpose of data analysis and prototyping of applications.
  • Must have a passion for innovation, analytics and problem-solving
  • Solutions orientated and collaborative approach
