In Markets, we advise our clients on the best investment opportunities in the markets, including equities, commodities, credit, futures, and FX and we buy, sell and structure their investments for them.

Your time here will look something like this...

  • Create, implement and manage the mathematical models that are used within Markets
  • Price, trade and manage the risk associated with markets products
  • Work with traders and salespeople in the more technical product areas to assist with addressing client needs
  • Develop new products, consistent with the firm's risk framework
  • Market new products to salespeople and occasionally assist in selling the products to clients
  • Respond to client specific requests for product solutions

We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.

We're committed to teaching you the ropes. The Quantitative Analysis placement analyst program runs for three to six months and we can be flexible on the start date. As an incoming placement analyst you will be placed in Quantitative Analysis, Structuring or Exotics Trading. Here, new insights from the worlds of finance and academia drive innovation and excellence in mathematical and quantitative trading. Working alongside our experienced professionals, incoming analysts will have the opportunity to actively participate and develop their skills in the above areas. At the end of your placement, successful analysts will be considered for a place on a full-time program.

We want to hear from you if...

You obtained a Masters or PhD in Engineering, Maths, Physics, Computer Science or other scientific disciplines.
