How can you change it up? 

As a Graduate Customer Delivery Solutions Manager, you will identify, define, develop and deploy new ways of working for all of our customer contact and provisioning journeys. With an impact to drive upwards of £1m savings in operational efficiency and revenue growth. You will:

  • Lead customer service in-life change initiatives and business improvements within the Fibre & Ethernet Provisioning team 
  • Be responsible for providing root cause analysis and insight that creates programmes of improvement to deliver upon 
  • Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement, and act accordingly 
  • Deliver improvement projects to time and budget 
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders including field and desk-based teams and our customers 

What will you bring to the role? 

To be successful as a Graduate Customer Delivery Solutions Manager, you’ll have experience of working within a challenging customer service environment. You’ll understand tactical and strategic priorities and champion the needs of our customers. In addition, you will:

  • Be capable of working at pace, with excellent ability to engage, lead and cultivate customer-centric teams 
  • Have an analytical mindset, orientated towards finding and solving challenges 
  • Be proactive and eager to learn more, getting to the heart of the business 
  • Have a continuous improvement qualification such as - Agile Practitioner, ITIL Level 2, Prince2, Six Sigma or equivalent
