A rewarding career

We’re passionate about our work and we’re passionate about our people too - with a starting salary of £22,000, you'll receive incremental increases over a set period, providing you are achieving your objectives. You’ll also enjoy benefits like 25 days’ holiday, a day off on your birthday, a day off to support a charity or organisation of your choice, performance-related bonus scheme, and private healthcare.

The support to succeed

When you join the CityFibre family, you’ll get all the support and opportunity you need to grow your career, learn new skills and fulfil your potential. You’ll receive a personalised development plan tailored to your role and ambitions, that will help you expand your knowledge and reach your goals. Your Line Manager will help you understand how CityFibre operates as a whole, and you’ll be assigned a Mentor who will also support your progression. And if you’re interested in exploring Management-level opportunities, you can join our highly successful Aspiring Managers Programme and fast track your career.

How can you change it up?

You’ll be working closely with our design team to ensure that all of their projects are tracked and reported, assisting in their successful delivery. You’ll have responsibility from day one and will be helping to drive and improve the quality and consistency across all reporting and data in the team (with a particular focus on data quality and storage), as well as attending our supplier meetings. Some of your other key responsibilities will be:

  • Attending supplier meetings, some of which may be outside of the office and out of normal office hours
  • Ensuring that weekly reports for design partners are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Identifying and suggesting improved methods of working

When you join us, you’ll work closely with your team to refine your skills, broaden your knowledge and kickstart a successful, long-lasting career that grows with our business.

What will you bring to the role?

We’re a fast-moving company with ambitious goals. This means we’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented graduate who has experience in data analysis and checking, verification and producing quality reports. You’ll need great knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ideally some previous experience working in either an administrative or project coordination role. In addition to this, you will need a GCSE qualification or equivalent in both Mathematics and English.

With your enthusiasm, attitude and interpersonal skills, you’ll soon feel like part of the team, where you’ll receive the support, guidance and training you need to thrive and excel at CityFibre.

Our unique culture

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer; we celebrate diversity, we believe everyone has a voice and we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment for all. Even though we come from different backgrounds and do different jobs, we’re united by The CityFibre Way - our unique code of behaviours that inspires how we think, act and work. We back each other, think smart and act fast, and we’re passionate about giving it our best to build a legacy together.
