How can you change it up?

You’ll be joining our busy sales team, coordinating with the rest of the commercial team to help deliver excellent service to every CityFibre customer. You’ll be given responsibility from day one, so you can learn on the job, make an impact and start building your career at CityFibre.

Your focus will be to support the sales team by ensuring quotations and order processes are running smoothly, helping us to close new business opportunities. You will also assist with various administration task, helping the team achieve their goals. In addition to this, you will be expected to communicate frequently with both team members and customers, making sure that you are responding to all queries in a efficient and professional manner.

Our Learning & Development team will also put together a personalized development plan, designed to help you expand your knowledge and technical skills, while your Line Manager will work closely with you to help you understand how CityFibre operates as a whole, beyond your immediate team.

What will you bring to the role?

It’s important that you have a genuine drive to succeed, learn and develop a career within Human Resources.

Ideally, you will be a recent graduate who has achieve at least a C in GCSE English and math or equivalent. We are looking for a candidate that is able to start immediately.

It is also necessary that you demonstrate excellent organisation skills and are able to communicate clearly, both written and verbally. Experience in using Salesforce is beneficial, but not essential.

With your enthusiasm, positive attitude and interpersonal skills, you’ll soon feel  part of the team, where you’ll receive the support, guidance and training you need to thrive and excel at CityFibre.
