What could I be involved in as a Commercial Fast Streamer?

Learning how to negotiate contracts worth billions of pounds, you’ll help us deliver essential frontline public services while achieving value for taxpayers’ money. We’re working to transform public procurement to maximise innovation and deliver wider economic benefits for the UK. Join us, and you’ll help improve the quality of services, build vital public assets like hospitals and schools, and manage relationships with some of the world’s biggest companies.

Training includes

Developing contract management and policy development skills through your postings and core training, you’ll learn how to drive sustainable and ethical commercial practices. You’ll also work to gain a Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) qualification and full professional CIPS membership. Access to cross-government events, conferences and other networking activities will support your development too.
