Apprenticeship Scheme

As recipients of the People in Law Awards: Best Apprenticeship Initiative (2020), our award winning apprenticeship scheme runs in our London, Manchester and Guildford offices.

Paralegal apprentices will complete a Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship, accredited by CILEX (The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) and solicitor apprentices will complete a LLB (law degree) in legal practice & skills. Upon successful completion of the solicitor apprenticeship you will become a fully qualified lawyer. As an apprentice you will deal with various individuals and groups and will be supported to undertake recognised qualifications whilst gaining invaluable on-the-job experience. You’ll spend 20% of your time on off-the-job learning which equates to one day per week for study time.

We have legal apprentices working within a range of litigation practice areas across the business, including marine, aviation, real estate, casualty and catastrophic losses and insurance. From day one, our legal apprentices are involved in high-value, meaningful matters for a range of our clients
