We’re offering an exciting yearlong internship with our Product Support team, ideal for an enthusiastic engineering student or recent graduate with a passion for land-based engineering.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site tractor testing, investigate and replicate dealer-reported faults, and report findings to product specialists for continuous improvement.
  • Respond to dealer inquiries through ASIST, logging and addressing faults.
  • Assist field service technicians with diagnosing and repairing machines during dealer visits.

Job requirements and qualifications

  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and electrics (training provided).
  • Interest in machines is essential; knowledge of agriculture is beneficial.
  • Strong team spirit and collaborative working skills.
  • Quick learner with motivation to develop existing knowledge.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A valid driving license is essential.
