Key activities

General tasks overview

  • Daily monitoring of Group inbox
  • Monitoring and upkeep of clients KYC Status
  • Review and upkeep of all Custody & Clearing procedures
  • Providing ad hoc assistance on bank projects
  • Providing general assistance to Custody & Clearing team

OTC Clearing Specific

  • Answering general client queries and requests such as nettings 
  • Monitoring client IM limits to amend when necessary
  • General & Administrative BAU Tasks
  • Daily summit data reconciliation

TRR Specific

  • Answering client queries and requests
  • Assist on the Onboarding/ off boarding of new clients
  • Preparing and monitoring client billing  

Profile

  • Graduated in the last 12 months or working towards graduation
  • Expected to or have achieved a minimum 2.1 UK bachelors degree (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 320 UCAS points (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially excel and word)
  • Some business knowledge or previous internships within Financial Services but not essential
  • Team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English
