What you’ll do

Are you looking to apply the latest approaches in marketing and communications? If so, you will be able to share your ideas and creativity, helping to position CommScope as an innovative industry leader and increase our share of voice through the development and execution of relevant campaignsand industry initiatives to meet and exceed the business goals.

Working with the leader of the EMEA marketing team, you will help to develop and deliver targeted campaigns within the region using a multitude of tactics. Working at CommScope you will gain experience across the different areas of the portfolio which include;an understanding of the end-to-end delivery platforms of wireless operators, broadband and pay TV service providers together with how technology is marketed in a business to business to consumer environment.

This will provide you with a range of experience across the different marketing disciplines as this placement will enable you spend time working withboth field marketingand account based marketing teams.

Events

  • Build communications and micro-sites to engage with customers at major industry events
  • Support execution of face to face and virtual events including tradeshows and conferences
  • Develop online digital customer experiences including virtual events and webinars to drive thought leadership and generate demand with customers and channel partners
  • Assist with the planning and execution of proprietary (CommScope hosted) events

Campaigns

  • Assist in the development, planning and execution of campaigns to drive awareness and lead generationfor a broad range of our portfolio / product solutions
  • Working with the global campaign team, assist in the regionalization and deployment of the campaign calendar – including translations, message refinement, media placement and reporting.

​​Social Media

  • Work with social media agency to support social media strategy and execution of campaigns in the EMEA region.

Messaging & Content

  • Support department’s efforts to regionalise/localise campaign content, branding and messaging that can be used effectively with various external and internal stakeholders. This will include digital campaign content, blog posts, articles, fact sheets, presentations, case studies,videos etc.

Sales Tools

  • Development of sales kits, collateral, signage, giveaways, presentation support and comms support
  • Case studies: co-ordinate development of partner and customer user cases to create an extensive library of content
  • General marketing communications as required

Corporate Communications

Liase with corporate communicaitons for relevant public relations activities for CommScope’s businesses that improve the perception, reputation and market positioning of the company in the EMEA region. Work collaborativelyto take advantage of appropriate industry speaking opportunities that are matched with company presenters and subject matter experts.

Marketing Process

Create and maintain various documents and tools to assist the department in carrying out an effective and world class marketing function, includingmedia lists, event calendars, online sales and marketing resources, team intranet site, measurement and reporting, and more.

About you

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors' or Masters' degree program in Marketing, Communications or a similar discipline
