How You’ll Help Us Connect the World

As a Software Engineer in Test Intern, you will be responsible for delivering automated test procedures. You will work closely with QA Engineering and DevOps to validate software quality through continuous integration. This role will be based in Saltaire.

You Will Make an Impact By

  • Delivering automated test cases to validate software quality on embedded systems.
  • Debugging unstable test cases.
  • Participating in code reviews to improve test quality.
  • Ensuring software releases are delivered on time and to quality.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

  • Enrolled in a BS, BA, or master’s degree program in a computer science or technology related subject which contains programming modules.
  • Demonstrable Python knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of HTML structure, xPaths and CSS.

You Will Excite Us If You

  • Have worked on/contributed to an open-source project.
  • Have used Subversion version control.
  • Have experience working with Robot Framework.
  • Show an interest in development operations and supporting systems.
  • A basic understanding of DVB technologies (STB, TV and Broadcast systems).
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Show innovation through unique ideas and propose them to the team.
