We have exciting opportunities for Undergraduate Assistant Site Managers to join us based from our site developments in the South Thames region, on 12-month placements in 2023.
In your placement your daily activities will include supporting the Site Manager in the day-to-day organisation of the development, ensure construction and operation is within timeframes and strive to meet company objectives for safety, quality, production and presentation.
About You
- Currently studying a Construction related Degree e.g. Construction Management
- Strong communication skills, with ability to build relationships at all levels
- Highly organised and driven with attention to detail
- Good construction knowledge with strong interest about the built environment
- All applicants must demonstrate the following
- Teamwork
- Commercial awareness
- Problem solving skills
- Time management
