We have some exciting opportunities for Undergraduate Surveyors to join our Building Team on a 12-month placement in 2022 in our offices in Caterham, Surrey.

You will be given the opportunity to assist with the financial administration of the procurement and payment of subcontractors and other similar bodies operating on Company Developments, to ensure the Company achieves value for money and management receive regular updates on the financial performance of each site.

About You

  • You will be currently studying a relevant degree e.g. Quantity Surveying
  • Excellent IT skills (good working knowledge of MS excel and spreadsheets)
  • Excellent numerical skills and an understanding of financial administration.
  • Analytical mind and methodical approach.
  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK
  • All applicants must demonstrate the following:
    • A genuine interest in the construction industry
    • Teamwork
    • Commercial awareness
    • Problem solving skills
    • Time management
