Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer support placement Student too join our team specializing in Battery Systems for our New power business Segment in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide technical direction for hard to diagnose performance problems
  • Investigate emerging product issues and complete problem definition work
  • Investigate and report on major product failures
  • Support training activities including making and delivering training material
  • Develop temporary solutions to extend customer up time
  • Develop and utilize Remote Support technologies to engage in end customer issues quickly

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Currently studying at university on an undergraduate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Motorsport Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Systems Engineering or Degrees related to Electric Transportation.
  • Competent in collaboration tools, Microsoft Office, Zoom, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and the virtual world in general.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
