Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Placement Student to join our team specializing in Technical Support for our Cummins Care Europe Function in Daventry, UK. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Supporting the identification, resolution and implementation of fixes on key product issues.
  • Initial data capture and troubleshooting processing.
  • Possible site visitation and field investigation for potential product issues.
  • Supporting OEM account teams in finding resolutions to Customer issues.
  • Component failure assessment and processing.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Currently studying a STEM subject at degree level – mechanical engineering would be an advantage
  • Excellent computing skills; Experience with Microsoft Office desirable.
  • Good team working, communication and task prioritisation
  • Enthusiasm and interest in Engineering
