Description

We are looking for an enthusiasticSystems IT Administration Placement Student join our team specializing in Facilities for our Engine Business Segment in Darlington, United Kingdom. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Assist delivery of Facilities capital projects
  • Helping to create the right environment for all stakeholders on the Campus
  • Assist implementation of efficiency projects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in Facilities processes
  • Help scheduling of planned and reactive facilities services activities
  • Support relating to the maintenance, repair and installation of new plant and equipment related infrastructure.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Currently studying a degree in STEM, IT, business or project management which includes a 12-month industry placement.
  • Computer literate and able to quickly recognize and navigate new IT systems
  • Capable and confident in managing of work plans and schedules & Adaptable to changing priorities
  • Eager to develop new skills in engineering and administrative disciplines
