About the role
We are looking for a student placement to work alongside a busy team who provide an HR service to the Dale Farm Group of over 1000 staff. You will assist in a variety of HR tasks, primarily taking ownership for Recruitment and Selection across the group and assisting the wider HR Team with group projects and Employee Engagement initiatives.
You will also gain exposure to a variety of HR tasks such as Disciplinary and Grievance investigations, maintenance of Personnel and Training Records and monthly KPI reporting.
This is a challenging role and we are looking for energetic and enthusiastic applicants who are able to work reliably on their own initiative. The successful candidate should have a strong academic record and be working towards a relevant degree.
Applicants must have excellent IT and administrative skills and an ability to handle a varied and detailed workload, working with flexibility to meet tight deadlines. You should hold a current driving licence and ideally have access to your own car.
