What can I expect on the programme? 

This programme puts you in the driving seat to collaborate with some of the UK and Ireland’s leading brands focussing on exciting projects such as brand visual identity. You can expect to demonstrate your accountability skills through taking ownership of projects, sharing your innovated recommendations, and illustrating how your strategies can impact the wider business.

Building the foundation for your marketing career, to then progressing into a managerial role at the end of the programme, our collaborative marketing team will support in your role including maintaining our leading position across our consumer and medical nutrition brands.

Day-to-day, you could be:

  • Collaborating with the wider business functions including Commercial, Foresight and Insight, Digital, and Creative Agencies
  • Creating stories to share the benefits and impact of each Danone brand, our BCorp certification, and our One Planet One Health message
  • Getting stuck in with PR and digital campaigns, overseeing consumer research and developing ecommerce content

What do we look for?

Taking ownership of your personal growth and development at Danone is a key part to this early career [MB1] programme. Strong storytelling and influencing skills are a necessity to this role as you’ll be defining who we are as a brand.

Your leadership skills will be enhanced throughout your journey with the opportunity to step up and lead on projects.

People skills are also essential in this role as you’ll work with an incredibly collaborative team, through projects such as brand building and delivering powerful creative ideas.
